At 4AM, Post members began pulling into the parking lot, getting ready for Breakfast. And what a breakfast it would be.
The Post had not had a breakfast event in some time, so there were a few cobwebs to dust away, but they quickly fell away. And it ended up being a great event. The kitchen staff was quickly working like a fine clock, serving eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes, french toast piping hot and rivaling the best breakfast joints in the Capital District.
And the servers were not to be outdone, giving our guests a smile and friendly hello that only a neighbor can give.
It was just a great reminder of what a way to wake up, "Having a meal with friends and Comrades.
